This is the ultimate package for the girl that deserves everything. We will be by your side from the minute you get engaged to a month after the wedding.

Daddy's Little Girl (12 hour limit)

• Initial planning meeting for up to 2 hours

• Unlimited phone calls and/or emails

• In person meetings to discuss the wedding (if you prefer)

• In person meetings to all vendors including tastings

• Wedding design research and assistance

• Vendor referrals

• Organization of all vendors and rentals

• Shopping trips for dresses, suits, tuxedos, and other wedding attire

• Unlimited visits to ceremony and reception sites

• Budget assistance (if needed)

• Review and negotiation of all contracts

• Research, recommendations, and hotel booking for out of town guests

• Top things to do and see list while in event city for your guests

• Directions and maps for guests and vendors

• Checklists

• Time-line development

• Seating chart assistance

• Layout and traffic flow recommendations

• Help you with assembling of format and information for event invitations 

• Confirmation phone call to all the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding

• Rehearsal assistance and attendance

• Contacting all guests who don't RSVP

• Day of wedding coordination including general assistance with implementation of décor, verifying vendor and delivery arrivals, time-line coordination, as well as, coordination of vendor return retrieval.

• Acting as liaison between bride, family, and vendors for the duration of contract.

Package Starts at: $2,000.00

Daddy’s Little Girl Wedding package requires a minimum $500 deposit to begin services and secure the wedding date. A second $500 payment is due four months before the wedding and any remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Gold Package

Cinderella Meets Prince Charming

It's all about the dreams and visions you have. We will help you create your fantasy wedding. Nothing is impossible.

Cinderella Meets Prince Charming            (8 hour limit)

• Initial meeting for up to 2 hours

• Unlimited phone calls and/or emails

• In-person meetings (if you prefer)

• A visit to the ceremony and reception site

• Budget assistance

• Vendor referrals

• Time-line development

• Layout and traffic flow recommendations

• Confirmation phone call to all the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding

• Rehearsal assistance and attendance

• Day of wedding coordination including general assistance with implementation of décor, verifying vendor and delivery arrivals, time-line coordination, as well as, coordination of vendor return retrieval.

• One staff member on site on the day of your event

• 8 hour event limit

All by-the-hour consulting fees are due in full at the time of consultation.      (This includes shopping trips for dresses, suits, tuxedos, and other wedding items).

Package Starts at: $1,500.00

Cinderella Meets Prince Charming package require a 40% deposit to begin consulting services and/or secure wedding day services. A second $200 payment is due four months before the wedding and any remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Silver Package

The Promise

Day-of coordinating...and we will take care of all the details on your wedding day.

The Promise Package (6 hour limit)

• Full Consultation for up to 2 hours

• Unlimited phone calls and/or emails

• Time-line development

• Confirmation phone call to all the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding

• Rehearsal assistance and attendance

• Day of wedding coordination including general assistance with implementation of décor, verifying vendor and delivery arrivals, time-line coordination, as well as, coordination of vendor return retrieval.

• One staff member on site on the day of your event

• 6 hour event limit

All by-the-hour consulting fees are due in full at the time of consultation.      (This includes shopping trips for dresses, suits, tuxedos, and other wedding items).
